Dalbunny Studio is hosted by a single artist who draws, produce and packs every product and order by hand. Due to this, shipping and deliveries can be affected according to the artist's agenda and availability. You can pay by bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Cash only for personal pickup.
Shipping cost (international)
Shipping costs will be based on your location and weight of the package. Payment is done after your purchase. Shipping cost starts at U$D40. Once your order is placed, you'll be contacted through e-mail with the details of the shipping cost. Please take this in consideration before buying. Shipping is worldwide. International FedEx shipments are subject to customs clearance at the destination; all packages include a tracking number.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected. Generally, delivery takes between 3 and 7 business days for domestic shipments and 7 business days for international shipments. Packages are shipped in batches, and the shipping time depends on product availability and production time in the case of pre-orders.
What is the deadline for requesting a return or exchange?
You can request an exchange within 15 days of your purchase. Exchanges are only accepted for products that are defective due to manufacturing or production errors. If shipping is required, the customer is responsible for the cost.
